[Coba had already proven herself to be bizarre and fascinating (Fascinating precisely because it was bizarre; the strangeness and the utter lack of logic that the city was operating with was...charming, if not a little terrifying), but there was something even more bizarre and fascinating about the Inaba district than the rest of the city. Here was a neighborhood that looked like it came out of a small town in Japan, and yet... Hibiki wasn't supposed to be in Japan.
Obviously, the only solution was to investigate. And check out the shops. He didn't have a lot of spending money with him, but he did have a stack of coupons just in case. Plus, it was nice to feel like he was back in Japan as opposed to...wherever Coba actually was. The Inaba District felt like a little slice of home that wasn't anything like his home at all.
When he finally did come across the agency, he couldn't help but to poke his head in. He didn't have need of any of their services, but... Detective agency! How was he supposed to resist? He spots Naoto sitting at the desk, and asks:]
Hi! I don't have anything that needs investigating, but would you mind if I took a look around?
