What: WISHING WELL(s?)
At some point during the night a wishing well appeared in the corner, maybe it was a garbage can a second ago and you saw it blur, maybe it was a fire hydrant, maybe you just hadn't seen it before, but there it is!
There's a sign next to it reading:"Toss a coin, make a wish!"
(WISHES NOT GUARANTEED TO COME TRUE)
Maybe you don't have a coin, but Coba's got your back; there's a pail full of coins next to the well.
So go on, make a wish. Or spy on other people making wishes (Or steal the coins). Surely nothing can possibly go wrong.

You're actually pretty close to the truth with that one, Yuya.][But nope. There's nary a response from the bottom of the wishing well; the guy doesn't surface. Nothing changes at all.]
