WHO: Rebekah and Hayley | [Closed]
WHEN: This is backdated to after the ~supernatural drama kids (Mystic Falls/New Orleans) book club~ thing that was on day one.
WHERE: Meeting in Rebekah's hotel room.
WHAT: These two knew they needed to catch up in a place where there aren't so many prying ears. This is what they're doing now.

After the meeting of various supernaturals from Mystic Falls and New Orleans, Hayley knocks on the door to Rebekah's hotel room. Rebekah is expecting her, probably knows it's her now, but she knocks anyway.

They have things to catch up on, things to discuss -- stuff that they'd rather have not talked about in front of all those Mystic Falls people, and maybe some of the New Orleans ones as well, since there's no way to know without asking how lined up people are in their timeline of memories from home. At least Hayley and Rebekah will figure out which one of them (between the two of them) remembers more in this discussion.

It was either Hayley or Marcel -- Rebekah can't imagine who else would chase her down. Mostly because everyone from Mystic Falls has no idea who she actually is.

And for now she's content to keep it that way.

So when she opens the door she smiles at Hayley and gives her friend the proper hug and greeting she could not have given her before.

Hayley returns the smile and the hug. "At least now we get a proper greeting." She starts, before eventually pulling slightly back. "How are you, really?"

"Hanging in there. When I thought to leave town again this wasn't exactly what I had in mind." To say the very least.

"It's not exactly what I had in mind for a honeymoon, either." Not like one was going to happen back home, though, with all the shit that was still going on. As for life here - Hayley wins the 'who's more behind in memories' contest, it seems.

"Honeymoon -- it seems you're a little behind me." Maybe she won't mention what Klaus does to Hayley then. She hasn't quite decided yet.

"How far?" Behind, she means. This is definitely a trend so far, her being he one behind.

"Decently. We've defeated Dahlia -- but not after we all daggered my brother and he retaliated and worked with her briefly. All part of his grand scheme, of course. I briefly returned to my original body but Freya restored this one to give me a choice."

And she chose being human, at least for now.
