WHO: You! And you, and you, and even you!
WHERE: All over Coba!
WHEN: Day 4, noon and onwards

Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, you find the scenery in front of you suddenly shifting, the world turning into a giant blur for all of a few seconds. You might feel a bit of vertigo, but nothing too serious, especially if you've been here for long enough to get used to it.

When it returns to normal, you might find that some places have moved, others have popped up in their place. An entire neighborhood blending into part of a busy city street, for example, or a foreign shopping district where some of Coba's smaller shops once stood.

Main street, where all the excitement happens, has gone over something of a change as well. There are a number of small, vendor stalls scattered down the road, all advertising something different - EDUCATION, HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT . . . and one labeled COBASPIRACIES that the other vendors seem to be shooting dirty looks at.

Er. In any case, come see what the excitement is all about, explore the new and moved locations, or grab some of the free food that has been happily placed out for anyone wandering down main street.

(There'll be a few NPC top levels, but feel free to make your own! There's also this post for if/when you decide to place a location somewhere! Have fun. ♥)

Naoto was trying to get from the house to her office when the city shifted, and she found herself near all of the stalls. It looks rather like a festival back home, so she wanders a bit. When she notices the employment booth, she walks over.

"I have a question. The shopping district from my home seems to have arrived, and I seem to find myself in possession of a detective agency. Are there any specific permits or licences I would need for that? Would I need to speak to the police department? And if so, where even is it?"

It seemed like a few businesses had popped up this time around. Leo leans out of his stall and gestures down the street. "Police station is that way, two blocks up on the left. You can't miss it, honestly."

He leans back and smiles. "If you're carrying, then you should stop by and see what they need from you. It shouldn't take too long, though - it never does."

"Ah, thank you. That was actually going to be my next question. I am fully licensed with my pistol back home, but I will likely need to do some paperwork here." She bows slightly. "Every new place is different when it comes to such things."

Leo smiles wider at the bow and inclines his head politely in return. "I hear that a lot. They try to make it easier over there, since a lot of people are coming in with all sorts of different permits and the like."
