At some point during the night a wishing well appeared in the corner, maybe it was a garbage can a second ago and you saw it blur, maybe it was a fire hydrant, maybe you just hadn't seen it before, but there it is!

There's a sign next to it reading: "Toss a coin, make a wish!"
(WISHES NOT GUARANTEED TO COME TRUE)

Maybe you don't have a coin, but Coba's got your back; there's a pail full of coins next to the well.

So go on, make a wish. Or spy on other people making wishes (Or steal the coins). Surely nothing can possibly go wrong.

[Well, he did splash and flail around a bit, just as in the linked video. That could've given you an answer, provided you were in time to see it. But even if you weren't-]

[In real life, in real size and time, a Sierra-style death message - again, like in the linked video - manifests over the well; the main difference is that the Restore/Restart/Quit buttons are grey-dummied out.]

[And the specific message that plays? This one, and you hear the same voicebyte, too.]

[Is that the work of the guy who just jumped? Yuya's no stranger to images in the air - all part of his work, after all - but he's not sure what to make of the message as a whole. That tone sure ruffles his feathers a bit, though.]

[But nope. There's nary a response from the bottom of the wishing well; the guy doesn't surface. Nothing changes at all.]

[That exception is this lady. Who knows when she appeared there, but-- yes, she's looking down into the well too. And looking at that...thing floating in the air, there, though she may not know exactly what it's meant to represent.]

[For that matter, she pretty well (heh) obviously does not know what to think of all this.]

[It takes a moment for Yuya to notice her there, but when he does he lets out a startled noise. Has she come because of all his yelling? Chances are she's probably looking after that guy too...]
