WHO: You!
WHERE: Around the city!
TIME: All Through Day 1
DESCRIPTION: CITY TOUR MINGLE!
Maybe you stayed in Coba, maybe you went home and came back, or maybe this is your first time here, but everyone is suddenly greeted to a friendly, female voice over an intercom (or maybe it's a some other device? Depending on where you're from)
"Welcome citizens. We hope you're enjoying your visit! Transport will leave in twenty minutes for the Coba city-wide tour!"
If you follow the voice, you'll find yourself at a bus stop. Or is it a fancy monorail? A carriage? A couple of horses? Coba is flexible and will change herself to suit you, after all. And if you get left behind, don't worry! There's free cabs anywhere in the city, who also will be more than happy to give you their own version of the tour.
The Coba city-wide tour boasts an hour of informative information regarding Coba's most important locations, some extra brochures (with some extra savings in there, of course), and will finally return you to the place you left from.
Of course, maybe the tour isn't for you. After all, the party is still going on, and now Coba's businesses are really beginning to open and advertise what they have to offer. Have you checked out the free hotel room? Or maybe you're grabbing a free meal? Or maybe, just maybe - you're looking into an apartment!
Either way, Coba hopes you've been enjoying yourselves. She has so much to offer you.
(welcome to the first official post! Mingle to your hearts' content, and don't be afraid to make your own posts, either!)

Whatever this friendship of his was, she'll figure it out for Nagi's sake if nothing else. Geirin wouldn't want any playboys messing with his beloved protégé after all.]

Inside the foyer, they're greeted by two curious cats as he slips off his shoes, and only reluctantly relinquishes her hand.]
... I guess I should make sure you like the same foods as the Nagi I knew. Just in case I guess wrong.
no subject
At the talk of foods Nagi looks up curiously.]
In theory I am not very picky. I haven't experienced a great deal of Western foods however.
[And for her Western encompasses... well, pretty much anything not Japanese.]

[Though fish and seaweed... hm.]

... Does your Pixie need to eat as well? I don't know demons well enough to be sure of her needs.
no subject
Only if it's the good stuff though. I don't mess with cheap sake.
[That said she offers up a small bit of said sushi to the Pixie. The demon relents by landing on the table itself, allowing the piece to be placed before her.]
no subject
[He smiles at the two of them, working on his own sushi steadily.]
no subject
[Give them enough really good liquor and demons will love you basically. That said she looks somewhat sheepish.]
I can't say I've participated in their habits though.

[That said and with her Pixie preoccupied with her food, Nagi turns gently to a topic that has been on her mind.]
If I may then, Souji-san, I should like to ask some questions in order to form a stronger basis of conjecture.
no subject
[ He almost flushes, a smile overtaking his face despite himself to hear something like that again from her. ]

... That's right.

I think so. I haven't noticed any differences except different experiences.

While I am familiar with differing planes of reality, differing versions of oneself was not quite within the boundaries of my conjecture.
[She can accept the idea though. It's not that out there to someone used to the idea of demonic realms and dragon ley lines. However it does present difficulties. And she seems somber at the idea of such.
The instant impulse is of course to ask for everything. Where had this acquaintance taken place? What were it's particulars? Had she done anything her Master would be sorry over? Or anything she might be sorry over?
She gently picks at a piece of her sushi a moment, heart heavy. Whatever their acquaintance may have been like, demanding such answers in a rush of emotion seemed unfair. And she must tame such impulses with reasonable sense as her Master and Raidou-senpai would have her do.]
Forgive me then for not sharing in those particular experiences with you. While I do wish to add to my conjecture, I also have no wish to pry and ask you to explain every moment of difference.
Those you wish to speak of, I will be gratified to listen to. And I would hope what you have seen in your first acquaintance with me may be something you find in our current acquaintance as well, with time.
[With that she turns slightly sheepish. He's been very polite to her so it doesn't seem that remiss to wish to keep an acquaintance with him. Friends were a difficult task for Nagi, at least those of the human spectrum. She simply hoped to do so without appearing as a lesser shadow to the former shade of herself in his mind.]

Mm. Ah. I hope so, too, but it's hard to say too much more. You were... one of my two best friends, one of the people close to me. So. I can be pretty sure that someone who shares even a few things in common with that you is someone I can be close to. But at the same time... it feels wrong to try and replace her.
Mostly... we developed theories together, and tested them. We tried to help the people around us. We talked about... well... about philosophy, morality, and ethics. That was always fascinating even when we didn't reach the same conclusions.
[As when she'd decided that, for the sake of his relationship with Tamaki, they should stop spending time together.]
I'm sure... some of the same things will come up, in time. But I want that to happen in its own time, not try to force it, or put you into the unfair position of... reliving my memories, when they aren't yours.
no subject
To be honest the Summoner chiefly blushes thanks to Souji's quick spots of color. There's nothing distinctly embarrassing about what he says but he blushes, she blushes and in the end she comprehends there's something warming about the whole exchange.]
We were best friends.
[She says that in a perfectly gentle, perfectly pleased tone. Her best friend had always been her Pixie after all - and Master, to an extent.
So they had come up with theories together, they had tested them. They had spoken at length. Whether it was a different version of herself or a different world altogether, she had been able to make friends with others.]
I'm very glad then.
[It's a somewhat envious happiness though.]
no subject
[He sighs, pleased at the thought, and stops giving nervous glances to Pixie, just letting himself enjoy the sight of Nagi. Things can't be the way they were... but they can be something new together, and that's more than all right.]
no subject
[Which hasn't been all that many really but regardless...]
(so we can wrap this and continue conjectures in a fresh thread)
Then, when you've collected a list of things you want to talk about... I'll see you again?
