Maybe you stayed in Coba, maybe you went home and came back, or maybe this is your first time here, but everyone is suddenly greeted to a friendly, female voice over an intercom (or maybe it's a some other device? Depending on where you're from)

"Welcome citizens. We hope you're enjoying your visit! Transport will leave in twenty minutes for the Coba city-wide tour!"

If you follow the voice, you'll find yourself at a bus stop. Or is it a fancy monorail? A carriage? A couple of horses? Coba is flexible and will change herself to suit you, after all. And if you get left behind, don't worry! There's free cabs anywhere in the city, who also will be more than happy to give you their own version of the tour.

The Coba city-wide tour boasts an hour of informative information regarding Coba's most important locations, some extra brochures (with some extra savings in there, of course), and will finally return you to the place you left from.

Of course, maybe the tour isn't for you. After all, the party is still going on, and now Coba's businesses are really beginning to open and advertise what they have to offer. Have you checked out the free hotel room? Or maybe you're grabbing a free meal? Or maybe, just maybe - you're looking into an apartment!

Either way, Coba hopes you've been enjoying yourselves. She has so much to offer you.

Naoto turns, not even reacting at the over-abundance of skin. Atia, for all of its quirks, has utterly desensitized her to caring much about what people wear.

"It is certainly not the last place I found myself, no. I have not tried to leave, so I do not know if I am stuck here or not." Although, to be fair, it is not the island, so Naoto does not even know if she wants to try to leave.

"I haven't tried to leave yet either. ...It hadn't even crossed my mind that I might not be able to."

His summoning had seemed normal enough, after all. Now that he thinks about it, it's not exactly smart of him.

"I should make that a priority."

"The last place I was, which was also not home, we were not able to leave. I do not know if that is true here as well, or if I would leave to my previous island, or go home."

She reaches her hand to her neck, rubbing at it for a moment. "It would be a good exploration to make, to be sure."

"I don't want to make a portal in the middle of the street. They're difficult to close right away." And that would be awkward, just leaving a swirling portal to the demon world right in the middle of a road.

"But I'll be sure and check soon. I hope that you're able to return home as well."

"Ah. I was... considering just walking until I found the edge of town. A portal would be easier if you have that ability."

Naoto bows, an amused smile on her face. "You as well. Having been away from home for six months, I would very much like to be able to go home."

"Well, I can make portals between two places, but usually..." He looks a bit sheepish. "They're usually between the human world to the demon world, or vice versa, and I'm not as practiced about making ones from different places on the human world. And I wouldn't send you through one unless I knew it was absolutely safe and would get you where it was intended to go."

"Ah. Understood." It doesn't seem to phase her very much. After a couple months of going in and out of televisions, very little is surprising.

"It would, I would surmise, be difficult to make a portal if you were uncertain of where you were going or coming from."

Naoto startles, then shakes her head. "Apologies. I should introduce myself. I am Naoto Shirogane."

"Orias. It's a pleasure to meet you." He holds out his hand for a handshake.

"It would be difficult for me to make a portal to somewhere I haven't been before. Being summoned here is a different animal altogether. So, unless you'd like to travel to Paris or London, I might not be the person to ask."

She shakes his hand firmly, smiling a bit.

"Ah. And to be fair, even if you were to take me to Paris or London, as tempting as that would be, it might not even be the same version of the world that I am from." And if she went somewhere and her grandfather wasn't there, it would be painfully awkward.

"I am from a small town in Japan called Inaba."

He sighs. "I've never heard of it. And I don't think the demon world would suit you either... I'm sorry, I wish that I could be more helpful."

The idea of anyone trapped in one place doesn't sit well with him. Much less if he knew anything about the kind of place she was stuck in.

"Do not feel bad, very few people have heard of Inaba. It is only known for an Inn, some textiles, and serial murder."

She shrugs. "What is your demon world like?" If it is anything like the TV world, it might not be too awful.

Serial murder...? Maybe he shouldn't ask about that.

"It's not a bad place. There are more wild monsters around, so it's less peaceful, and there's a great deal more magic than is used in the human world nowadays. But on the whole it's not that different than the human world was a few hundred years ago."
