Maybe you stayed in Coba, maybe you went home and came back, or maybe this is your first time here, but everyone is suddenly greeted to a friendly, female voice over an intercom (or maybe it's a some other device? Depending on where you're from)

"Welcome citizens. We hope you're enjoying your visit! Transport will leave in twenty minutes for the Coba city-wide tour!"

If you follow the voice, you'll find yourself at a bus stop. Or is it a fancy monorail? A carriage? A couple of horses? Coba is flexible and will change herself to suit you, after all. And if you get left behind, don't worry! There's free cabs anywhere in the city, who also will be more than happy to give you their own version of the tour.

The Coba city-wide tour boasts an hour of informative information regarding Coba's most important locations, some extra brochures (with some extra savings in there, of course), and will finally return you to the place you left from.

Of course, maybe the tour isn't for you. After all, the party is still going on, and now Coba's businesses are really beginning to open and advertise what they have to offer. Have you checked out the free hotel room? Or maybe you're grabbing a free meal? Or maybe, just maybe - you're looking into an apartment!

Either way, Coba hopes you've been enjoying yourselves. She has so much to offer you.

The flush quickly drains from Chie's face; she goes almost ashen instead, and turns to pace away from Kanji to another space in the shop, hand clapped over her mouth in horror. Of all the terrible things she's seen and experienced in the last five months, at least none of them had been forced into - no. She can't even finish that thought.

The room starts to wobble, and she suddenly falls to her knees on the floor. So much for composure.

"I hate this," she says, and the words sound weak and small coming out of her mouth.

"--Whoa, you okay?" He's moving to follow her in a hot second, especially after he sees that wobble.

"Did I drop too much on you at once? Sorry."

She sits back, slumped, on her heels. "How can they do this to us?" Faeries, goddesses - whoever's responsible for toying with their lives so brutally. In Inaba, they'd chosen to take on their quest for the truth in solving the murders and unraveling the mystery of the TV World. This was different.

"Gods're dicks. Sounds like faeries are too. Ain't much we can do about that, but we can help each other get through the aftermath, just like old times. We've all been through hell, but we still got each other."

Don't ask Kanji how he got out of Atia the best-adjusted of the group. He sure as hell doesn't know.

Chie laughs; leave it Kanji to come up with some brutal, grounding truth. He's right. They traversed the literal underworld together, and emerged victorious. If they have each other, they'll survive just fine.

It's enough to keep the screams and sobs building in her throat at bay, for the moment.

"Thanks, Kanji-kun." She sighs, and pulls herself back to her feet, once again wearing her trademark smile. "I guess maybe we should get to the house?"

"No problem, senpai." It may not fix everything for good - he's pretty sure it didn't, actually. But it's tiding her over for now, and later, when the break comes, Yukiko'll be able to help her through it better than he could.

They'll all help. Even with the differences between Fuck Or Die Island and Faerie Hell, she's still part of their group.

"Yeah, probably. If... I can figure out where the hell it is. Somethin' to think about even with all the noise, though, right?" It'll give her something to focus on - that's gotta help.

"Right!" She nods, hands on her hips, ready to spring into action. "I guess they probably don't have maps here ... where do you think would be best to start looking?"

"Well, they did have maps on the tour thing, but since this place is... I dunno, tryin' to meet everyone halfway or somethin', I doubt anything that just turned up's gonna be on one. Probably somewhere nearby, though."

If whoever or whatever runs this place is trying to meet everyone halfway, it wants them happy. And if it wants them happy, it's not going to be too long a walk from Inaba House to the shopping district. Makes sense, right?

"So maybe we head out the end'a the street by the liquor store and go from there?"

Chie nods again; Kanji's explanation makes the most sense of anything she's heard in a long, long time. "Ready whenever you are." She's doubly reinforced by Kanji's pep talk; while she may have shown a momentary crack, Chie is still made of strength and determination. Things can only get better from here, as long as she has her friends for support.
