WHO: You!
WHERE: Around the city!
TIME: All Through Day 1
DESCRIPTION: CITY TOUR MINGLE!
Maybe you stayed in Coba, maybe you went home and came back, or maybe this is your first time here, but everyone is suddenly greeted to a friendly, female voice over an intercom (or maybe it's a some other device? Depending on where you're from)
"Welcome citizens. We hope you're enjoying your visit! Transport will leave in twenty minutes for the Coba city-wide tour!"
If you follow the voice, you'll find yourself at a bus stop. Or is it a fancy monorail? A carriage? A couple of horses? Coba is flexible and will change herself to suit you, after all. And if you get left behind, don't worry! There's free cabs anywhere in the city, who also will be more than happy to give you their own version of the tour.
The Coba city-wide tour boasts an hour of informative information regarding Coba's most important locations, some extra brochures (with some extra savings in there, of course), and will finally return you to the place you left from.
Of course, maybe the tour isn't for you. After all, the party is still going on, and now Coba's businesses are really beginning to open and advertise what they have to offer. Have you checked out the free hotel room? Or maybe you're grabbing a free meal? Or maybe, just maybe - you're looking into an apartment!
Either way, Coba hopes you've been enjoying yourselves. She has so much to offer you.
(welcome to the first official post! Mingle to your hearts' content, and don't be afraid to make your own posts, either!)

"I should probably apologize for you getting pulled into that, actually. I thought those wouldn't happen anymore," she added with a sigh.
no subject
She sighs, before shaking her head. "If anything, I should be apologizing to you and everyone else for us not realizing what happened in Inaba last year was related to Shadows. I'm generally only back up right now, but taking care of Shadow related incidents is pretty much the reason our group exists. So... we probably should've noticed what was going on."
no subject
The last part was easier to follow, though. "So wait, your group fights Shadows like, professionally?"
She blinks. "So you're on a monster-fighting hero team in real life and on TV? That's gotta be confusing."
no subject
"And it's not really that confusing. Especially since I was doing the whole fighting shadows thing first..."

You know, Mitsuru and Aigis notwithstanding.

Yukari didn't actually know just how many actual Persona users there were in the Shadow Operatives proper, but... there couldn't be that many more than the three... no, four full time members. "Most of the people who are involved in the group aren't Persona users either. Which does make things... difficult. Thankfully, things involving Shadows aren't all that common, though until the beginning of 2010 they were actually all over the place. Do you remember Apathy Syndrome?"
no subject
"Wait," she says, "was that Shadows? The ones in Inaba were a lot more...immediate when they attacked someone."
no subject
She nods at Rise's question. "Well... I'm not entirely sure about why they'd act different, but Apathy Syndrome is what happens when a Shadow feeds on a person's psyche, which completely destroys the victims will to live. But Shadows appearing in our world at all isn't really something that's supposed to happen, so they could've been acting differently because of that."
Not to mention the whole thing with the Full Moon Shadows and the Fall, but that might've been getting a bit too detailed for this right now.
no subject
"And...yeah, it sounds like they were a lot different. Our Shadows were in a weird world inside the TV, and they would just go berserk and attack people if they didn't acknowledge their own Shadow," she explains. "I don't know if you heard about the two women who were killed last year, but that was the cause of it."
Well, that and the sociopathically disenfranchised detective and the death goddess and her fog-god cronies putting humanity on trial, but that's definitely too detailed for right now.

Yukari nodded at Rise's explanation, though personally she still thought that whole situation seemed a bit weird. Especially since she and the others hadn't needed to do anything like that to get their Persona. It... well, Yukari wasn't sure what the implications of that were, but she was pretty sure it'd lead to a line of thought that she probably shouldn't be going down. "I read a bit more about it once we... when everything was over and we were able to get an actual detailed summary of what happened."
None of them had been happy to hear that something like this happened almost under their nose, after all.
