Maybe you stayed in Coba, maybe you went home and came back, or maybe this is your first time here, but everyone is suddenly greeted to a friendly, female voice over an intercom (or maybe it's a some other device? Depending on where you're from)

"Welcome citizens. We hope you're enjoying your visit! Transport will leave in twenty minutes for the Coba city-wide tour!"

If you follow the voice, you'll find yourself at a bus stop. Or is it a fancy monorail? A carriage? A couple of horses? Coba is flexible and will change herself to suit you, after all. And if you get left behind, don't worry! There's free cabs anywhere in the city, who also will be more than happy to give you their own version of the tour.

The Coba city-wide tour boasts an hour of informative information regarding Coba's most important locations, some extra brochures (with some extra savings in there, of course), and will finally return you to the place you left from.

Of course, maybe the tour isn't for you. After all, the party is still going on, and now Coba's businesses are really beginning to open and advertise what they have to offer. Have you checked out the free hotel room? Or maybe you're grabbing a free meal? Or maybe, just maybe - you're looking into an apartment!

Either way, Coba hopes you've been enjoying yourselves. She has so much to offer you.

[She didn't really know what she had been expecting as she stood where transport had been indicated moments before. Considering how modern the rest of the city seemed much of the time, the somewhat familiar street car that came rattling it's way up to halt nearby her.

When the doors open though and she's gestured to climb into, Nagi mounts the steps with little hesitation and glances to those already within the bus. To those who can see the supernatural, they might be intrigued by the small kimono wearing pixie settled atop her head.

The bus isn't crowded but it doesn't feel quite right to take an empty seat with there are others next to people near her. So she approaches someone sitting alone and asks:]

Would you mind if I joined you for the ride?

[Judging by the horns and the tail, it shouldn't be a surprise when Orias briefly glances up to look at the pixie before returning his gaze to Nagi.]

Not at all. I'd been hoping for someone to talk to on the ride.

[The Summoner can't help but give the man a grateful smile.]

Thank you. I had hoped to speak with others as well.

[She settles comfortably beside him as the Pixie perched atop her head waves amiably.]

Hey there!

Hello to you too. [That's clearly directed at the Pixie.] May I ask both of your names? I'm Orias.

[No, not that Orias.]

[There's some luck in the fact that Orias isn't a common demon to her. At least not in her timeline. Pixie strikes up the conversation first because hey there cutie.]

I'm Pixie!

[She waves merrily.]

I'm Nagi.

It's my pleasure to meet you. I can assume you're a new arrival as well, so may I ask what this place looks like to you?

[It's fascinating to him so far, the way it seems to shift between many cities.]

[Nagi thinks on that a moment. She glances around her and notes the street car seems to have turned into something much more futuristic. To anyone more modern than her era, it's a typical bus of course.]

... In theory this was a street car a moment ago...

[His smile is wide and bright as he looks up, and he slides over to make more space immediately, making a point of making eye contact with Pixie and waving, a small, cheery gesture.]

It would seem so. I had gone outside to train but...

[Well, here she was. She settles into the seat with a cheerful smile herself. She wasn't complaining in the least either. It wasn't often she got to take trips after all. Tsukigata could get by without her for a day.

The Pixie meanwhile settles on the top edge of the seat between the pair, kicking her little feet as she does so.]

Eeeeh, you're in a good mood!

It's a pretty good day, so far.

[The remark's addressed to Pixie, but he turns to Nagi after that.]

It looks like I'm a resident, for now. You're still just visiting?

It would seem so. In theory I cannot take up residence in any place but one town at present.

[Well, in a way anyhow.]

Well... if you get stuck here overnight, I can probably find a room for you. If you want. It's a pretty big house.

[She seems a bit surprised by that. True he had said they were friends in some alternate timeline or other but that was still an awkward concept. Friends always were in some way.]

Ah, that's...

[How does she form this into words, hesitating a few moments outwardly. In the end she decides she's likely putting far too much deep thought into it. He had been nothing but friendly after all.]

If I have need of it then, I thank you for the assistance.

[She sighs a little then.]

I would prefer my duties not be delayed a night but it does seem they will be for the day at least.

It's not like anything happens much in Tsukigata anyhow.

[Sugar's been distracted by the pixie. It isn't often she sees such tiny beings, particularly such cute ones. But then she remembers she was asked a question.]

Why, no, I don't mind! Company's always perfectly welcome!

[She settles down beside Sugar and the Pixie atop her head seems pleased.]

See, see, you can be cute sometimes too.

I believe she was speaking to you.

[It's only fair to pay a compliment to the young woman as well.]

But I don't often see people like that. [She gestures to the Pixie.]

Ah, you can see her as well.

[Really it's becoming less and less surprising. Nagi wonders if eventually it will be more surprising when someone can't see her Pixie.]

Ah, I've got more spiritual awareness than some. Not that it's a big deal.

[She's used to dealing with others with similar levels of awareness, but she knows most humans can't perceive those kinds of things.]

In theory that is rather rare... but thus far this city has broken the boundaries of my conjecture in that regard.

[ Noah just got into the city himself, figured taking a tour would be the next best option instead of just wondering around Coba aimlessly. His arms are folded across his chest and his legs crossed, attempting to relax in this odd situation. Hesitant to follow at first, but he took his chances as he was obviously no longer in his native home, after the events there, he in someway welcomed the changing of scenery...literally. As he marveled at the sights before him.

His eyes light up to see the girl making her inquiry smiling pleasantly, clearly ignorant of the pixie's pressence. ]

[As she settles into the seat, she waits a brief moment to see if he acknowledges the Pixie. So many have and when he doesn't after a few seconds, the Summoner folds her hands in her lap gently and offers a pleasant smile.]

Are you a new arrival as well?

[ Simple nod before he looks ahead to see exactly where the bus is taking them. He wants to at least obtain the information he needs if he's going to stick around here long enough. He turns at the other's inquiry. ]

Yeah, I am. Pretty weird how the city just changes with every person that arrives huh?

It does seem to enjoy switching things about quite a bit. You theorize it is connected with each individual in that way?

More or less. Like the city itself just accommodates to everyone that enters. It's...creepy in my opinion. Like it's overcompensating to make people stay.

[ And too much like a certain boss he's served for a few years ]

The dimension is somewhat sentient then.

[She sounds way too at ease with that fact or at the very least contemplative over it. The unseen Pixie atop her head chimes in:]

Well it doesn't feel threatening at least.
